Key Responsibilities
Install new tires and wheels
Perform maintenance on tires (rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning)
Follow safety guidelines and best practices
Participate in hands-on, on-the-job training
Provide world-class customer service
Work 35+ hours per week during regular business hours
Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license
Upbeat outlook
Dedicated and reliable
Coachable and trainable
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Team-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to function in a physically demanding environment
