Certs & License: *Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, AHA BLS, ACLS – Required.
Floating Requirements: No
Note: Must have level I trauma exp. Will consider highly skilled clinician with recent level II trauma exp in like-size/larger facility.
