Job Description
Join Good Samaritan as a Certified Medication Aide, providing essential nursing care and support to residents in a caring environment. Make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors while working part-time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications under supervision
Document outcomes related to resident care and medication administration
Assist with daily living activities and basic health care needs
Communicate changing conditions and care-related concerns to charge nurse
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
Minimum age of 18
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate or GED
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
