Director of Physician Assistant Services

As the Director of Physician Assistant Services, you will be supported under the leadership of the Chief Medical Officer in leading the strategic direction and growth of our Physician Assistant Services.   You will lead a team of over a 150 clinicians and foster an environment of engagement. You will implement quality improvement initiatives, performance measure, training and development. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and budgetary oversight. You will collaborate with Physician, Nursing and Operational Leadership to streamline and embrace our organizational dedication to patient-centered care.

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum of five years’ clinical managerial experience in healthcare with a proven track record of collaborative and consensus building
• Current New York State Physician Assistant License  and National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Experience collaborating with multi stakeholders to drive strategic/business planning and financial and operational performance

Salary Range:

$193,000-$258,000/Annual
