Job Description & Requirements1. General job duties. Types of procedures required.
Full patient assessment, contact physician accordingly related to needs of the patient. Change dressing.
2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
Computerized charting BP, we have in office supplies for trunk kit.
3. Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Skilled in symptom management. At least 2
4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
Nursing license Illinois.
5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) Will need to work independently and travel our region. Hours are 0800 to 1630 5 days a week
