Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg)

???? Contract Type: Permanent | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Rotating Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments following standards of care and disease-specific protocols.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care while supervising non-licensed nursing staff within scope of practice.
• Deliver patient and family education tailored to each patient’s condition and cultural needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN License in Missouri or Compact License.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting required.
