Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist Level 1, where you'll design and implement behavior management programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Management Programs
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop Individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and documentation
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in clinical or treatment field of psychology, social work, or related field
Documented training in assessment techniques and behavior support plan development
Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Preferred Qualifications
National board certification in Behavior Analyst (BACB)
NYS license as a Behavior Analyst (LBA)
NYS license in mental health counseling
