Job Description

Join Quill as a B2B Sales Representative and make a significant impact on our growing customer base. You'll engage with inactive customers and prospects to drive reactivation, leveraging your sales skills to meet monthly goals and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily calls to Quill customers who have not placed an order in 7+ months
  • Call prospect locations affiliated with managed customer entities
  • Accept inbound calls from customers affiliated with a managed entity
  • Negotiate pricing and process special quotes
  • Leverage customer intel to drive conversations around share of wallet
  • Support and grow an open book of business by identifying new opportunities
  • Maintain communication between customers and account managers
  • Collaborate with sales specialists to drive revenue
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
  • Contribute to a positive team culture

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of related experience in sales or customer service in a business-to-business environment
  • Ability to work onsite in Lincolnshire for in-person training during the first two weeks
  • Able to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM-6PM and in-person 4 days a week
  • Knowledge of key Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales environment
  • Proven ability to achieve sales role metrics
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced organization with continuous change
  • Experience using CRM tools, salesforce.com or a comparable sales/CRM tool
  • Ability to demonstrate resiliency and handle rejection well
  • Enthusiastic, initiative-taking and willingness to share
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn, grow and develop sales skillset
  • Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
