Job Description
Join Good Samaritan as a Part Time Associate Maintenance Mechanic in Larimore, ND. You will be responsible for light maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring safety in a professional manner while maintaining the facility's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Perform light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks
Ensure safety in patient/resident areas
Explain conditions and situations accurately while troubleshooting
Perform installation and maintenance of mechanical and stationary systems
Maintain campus grounds and perform other outside maintenance duties
May require on-call duties as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge
Competence in the use of hand tools, meters, measuring devices, and gauges
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in all types of building maintenance
Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Valid driver's license and good driving record
