Join CP Energy as a Diesel Mechanic, where you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our crude oil hauling fleet. Your expertise will ensure the safety and efficiency of our operations in the Omega, Oklahoma area.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and technical diagnosis of truck performance problems
Skilled repair and maintenance of engines, motors, and related assemblies
Tracking and executing routine fleet maintenance
Ensuring required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards
Helping maintain appearance and safety standards of equipment and facilities
Supporting efficient maintenance department operations by performing duties such as inventory, stocking, and other general functions
Following all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules
Attending staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
Performing additional tasks as needed to provide a safe, clean environment and assist in meeting production demands of other departments
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 3 years diesel mechanic experience
Knowledge of DOT inspection standards
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
