Job Description
Join Optum as a Clinical Coordinator where you'll enhance patient care through administrative support and client relations. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, all while contributing to a culture of health equity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional administrative duties with minimal supervision
Manage client relations and appointment coordination
Handle billing processes and verify insurance coverage
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Ensure compliance with legal, professional, and ethical standards
Perform clerical duties including copying, scanning, and filing
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of front desk, administrative or customer service experience
1+ years of experience in a front service desk, administrative assistant, or customer service role
1+ years of experience using work-related software including Microsoft Office
1+ years of experience effectively presenting and interpreting information
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in front service desk or administrative roles
2+ years of experience with compliance-related information
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
