Join The Jewish Board as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, where you will work in a multi-disciplinary team to provide essential support and treatment services for youth facing significant behavioral health challenges. This role emphasizes individualized care, family engagement, and collaboration with various service providers to ensure youth thrive in their communities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to children and families to address clinical needs
Engage youth and families in developing and modifying care plans
Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans
Participate in person-centered care plan development and implementation
Monitor discharge and ongoing care planning
Establish collaborative relationships with community providers
Complete casework documentation and report data
Provide on-call crisis intervention services
Attend team meetings and supervisory sessions
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year of experience in providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
Knowledge of mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and substance use disorders
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to learn electronic health records and other software
