Job Description

Join Staples' Quill team as an Inside Sales Manager and play a key role in building long-term customer relationships while driving sales. You'll manage your accounts and ensure exceptional service to help our customers thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with customers
  • Manage a book of business through productivity and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with internal business partners
  • Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service
  • Drive sales and achieve profit margins for existing customer accounts
  • Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
  • Develop internal and external business relationships
  • Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
  • Educate customers on products, programs, and consolidation opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • High level of business acumen and sales strategy
