Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement total rewards strategies
Design and manage competitive compensation structures
Evaluate options for benefits strategy
Educate employees on total rewards offerings
Oversee administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy requirements
Conduct regular market analyses for compensation practices
Support corporate support employees with orientation and onboarding
Lead Leave of Absence management and compliance reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, focusing on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of human resources management principles and practices
Preferred Qualifications
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR certifications
High degree of emotional intelligence
Demonstrated leadership, team building, motivation, and conflict resolution skills
