Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies
  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures
  • Evaluate options for benefits strategy
  • Educate employees on total rewards offerings
  • Oversee administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy requirements
  • Conduct regular market analyses for compensation practices
  • Support corporate support employees with orientation and onboarding
  • Lead Leave of Absence management and compliance reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, focusing on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
  • Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of human resources management principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR certifications
  • High degree of emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated leadership, team building, motivation, and conflict resolution skills
