Key Responsibilities
Engage with the public in a culturally sensitive manner
Enforce fare and policies
Educate riders about rules of conduct
Perform regular patrols
Manage security monitoring and communication systems
Write incident reports
Respond to emergency situations
Coordinate resources as needed
Required Qualifications
Two years of security experience
Valid Washington State driver’s license
High school diploma or GED
First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with incident response
Strong customer service skills
Ability to navigate high-stress situations
