MedAdventures is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at an outpatient facility in Mesa, AZ. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients recovering from illness or injury in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments in an OP setting.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises and safety.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Active AZ PT license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • OP experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
