Key Responsibilities
Assist advisors through inbound and outbound calls
Address common topics such as new accounts, transaction status, and retirement services
Provide exceptional service to build trust and inspire confidence
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year customer service/relationship building experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent operational and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Aptitude for working with technology
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team orientation and strong work ethic
