Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop a high performing team

Required Qualifications
4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
2+ years of leadership experience

Ability to analyze performance and execute plans
Critical thinking skills to manage time and prioritize tasks
Experience coaching across customer segments
