Supervisor of Programs-Social Service Agency

AIRES is hiring a Supervisor of Programs (Program Director) to oversee residential programs supporting adults with disabilities. What You'll Do:

• Supervise operations across multiple group homes
• Lead and support Program Managers and direct care staff
• Ensure quality of care and compliance with program standards
• Hire, train, and develop staff
• Audit program funds, manage documentation, and uphold quality control
• Provide on-call support and emergency response as needed

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (required); college degree preferred
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities (required)
• Supervisory or management experience (required)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry)
• Valid Arizona driver's license
• Must meet background clearance and fingerprinting requirements
