Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support production process flow
Support the training of plant personnel
Support overall morale and safety at the location
Report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems
Support production data entry and report review
Manage inventory
Address team partner concerns
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Basic math skills
Good verbal and written communications skills
Preferred Qualifications
Two-year degree from an accredited college or university
2-4 years of related experience and/or training
