Key Responsibilities
Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes in patient status.
Perform procedures and monitor functions as ordered by medical providers; document care in patient medical records.
Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs proactively.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan.
Serve as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems for ongoing care.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse Diploma
Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (must be obtained within 90 days of employment)
