Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
Interpret assessment results and communicate findings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs and BIPs
Provide counseling and psychotherapy services to students
Consult with teachers and parents to support students' development
Conduct crisis intervention and support
Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development
Maintain accurate and confidential records
Required Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
Strong knowledge of psychological assessment measures, testing procedures, and diagnostic criteria
Excellent understanding of special education laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a school or educational setting
Proficiency in assessment, counseling, and intervention techniques
