Key Responsibilities
Overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services
Responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units
Ensure alignment with Providence mission, vision, and values
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Recent first-line management experience
3 years of Clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
CNOR Certification
