Job Description
As a Citizens Banker, you will be the face of the branch, helping customers achieve their financial goals through trusted advice and tailored solutions. You will utilize your communication skills and financial knowledge to support clients in their banking needs while building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers
Provide trusted financial advice
Assist customers with financial solutions
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management and Mortgage
Follow financial policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to ask questions and identify needs
Proven success in building relationships
Skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve
Ability to strengthen relationships through collaboration
Self-motivated and confident
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
Compliance with the SAFE Act
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
