Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Teacher Aide to support K–12 special education students in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. Make a meaningful impact by assisting teachers and helping students reach their full potential in a structured classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Work with students individually or in small groups for self-care and social/behavioral needs
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement and outcomes
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Past work experience in a school setting with children with special needs
