Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service
Manage patient check-in and check-out tasks
Collect payments and issue receipts
Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
Maintain medical records and correspondence
Ensure cleanliness and assist in waiting room management
Resolve service issues and assist team members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of medical office experience
Intermediate computer proficiency and Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications
Previous medical office experience
Knowledge of medical coding
Demonstrated clerical skills
Knowledge of business office operations and basic bookkeeping principles
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Working knowledge of ECW
Bilingual English and Spanish
