  • Ensure cleanliness and assist in waiting room management
  • Resolve service issues and assist team members

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of medical office experience
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and Microsoft Office Applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous medical office experience
  • Knowledge of medical coding
  • Demonstrated clerical skills
  • Knowledge of business office operations and basic bookkeeping principles
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Working knowledge of ECW
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
