Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential program
Provide training and supervision to staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Manage staff scheduling and recruitment
Maintain communication with families and guardians
Coordinate activities and program coverage
Participate in audits and quality assurance
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Human Services
3 years working with the IDD Population
6 years of supervisory experience
Knowledge in Jewish culture and customs
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Orthodox Jewish Practices
