Key Responsibilities
Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners using various assessments
Creating and supervising individualized goals and objectives for programs
Developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans
Conducting parent trainings as clinically appropriate
Teaching staff and learners in natural environments
Participating in various meetings and trainings
Supporting staff development through performance reviews and training
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in a field related to Behavior Analysis
BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure
At least 1 year of experience working as a BCaBA or under the supervision of a BCBA in training hours
At least 2 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
