Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers
Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs
Create a safe, nurturing environment for children
Partner and connect with parents for optimal child care and education
Support center’s success in enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
Cultivate positive relationships with families and community partners
Required Qualifications
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children
Read, write, understand, and speak English
Preferred Qualifications
Approved state trainer
2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
