Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver enablement programs for partner solution consulting teams
  • Provide training on Workday product features and demonstration techniques
  • Coach partners on compelling presentations and narratives
  • Create enablement content such as demo scripts and presentation templates
  • Establish metrics to measure effectiveness of enablement initiatives
  • Build relationships with partner solution consulting leaders
  • Work closely with internal teams to align enablement content with product updates
  • Stay updated with Workday product releases and market trends

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in software demonstrations
  • 3+ years developing and delivering effective training and coaching programs
  • 3+ years of experience with demonstrating Workday Financials or Workday Technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Workday and Workday's Go-To-Market and Product Demonstration strategies
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Workday core technology
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills
  • Experience working with partners or external vendors
