Key Responsibilities
Manage technical aspects of the quality control program in Radiation Oncology
Ensure accurate delivery of dose prescriptions to patients
Assist Chief Physicist with NJ State and NRC regulations
Perform treatment planning and calculations with Dosimetrists
Conduct calibrations of Linear Accelerators
Plan and deliver HDR brachytherapy cases
Verify treatment parameters in patient charts
Required Qualifications
M.S. or Ph.D. in Radiation Science, Health Physics, Physics or equivalent
Two years of experience in a clinical Radiation Therapy Department
Eligible for ABR certification in related Medical physics specialty
