Join Securitas as an Alarm Monitoring Operator I, where you'll play a crucial role in our 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center. This position involves responding to alarm signals, managing security events, and ensuring swift communication with emergency services, all while providing outstanding customer service in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming alarm signals according to documented procedures
Notify authorities and contacts as appropriate
Log information accurately into the automation system
Answer multi-line telephone system
Ensure confidentiality of customer information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years’ work experience
Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
High degree of urgency and accuracy
Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude of teamwork and continuous improvement
Completion of a paid training class and passing a final exam
