Job Description
Join XPO as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and leverage your HR expertise to drive employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. Collaborate with teams to enhance workplace satisfaction and ensure adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the operations team to provide counsel on policies and compliance
Assist functional department teams with performance management
Manage employee relations and ethics issues
Coach leaders through performance management processes
Establish relationships with functional department teams for staffing and workforce planning
Energize employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2 years of HR experience including compensation, HRIS administration, HR management, and employee relations
At least 1 year of professional recruitment experience
Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrate expertise in advanced internet searching and researching candidates
Professional HR certification
Experience in working in manufacturing/warehouse facilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
