Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors
Ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards
Assign tasks and provide direction to workers
Monitor inventory of materials and request supplies
Report progress to project managers
Train or mentor new workers
Required Qualifications
Ability to supervise and coordinate construction activities
Understanding of blueprints and project plans
Knowledge of safety regulations and company policies
