Join MassMutual as a Project Manager in the Corporate Function Program Management Office, where you will lead critical initiatives across Corporate Finance and Investment Management. You'll be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Compile Discovery artifacts such as Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Project Charter, and Resource Plan
Develop and maintain Detailed Planning artifacts
Determine project scope and manage execution across multiple projects
Develop financial forecasts and manage budget changes
Create high-level milestones and detailed project schedules
Conduct Risk and Issue assessments and drive continuous improvement
Ensure all business requirements are met through development and implementation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of project management experience
Proven success in delivering complex long-term projects on time, within budget, and to scope
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software including MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of project management experience, 5+ within a PMO
8+ years of experience leading projects impacting core Investment Management and Capital Market systems
Experience leading projects related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations, and/or legal operations
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Agile/Waterfall project management experience
