Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Maintain sensitive customer information securely
Utilize professional resources for accurate customer solutions
Interact with customers using video communication software
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active PTIN
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
Possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
