LanceSoft is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg for a local contract nursing job in Mauston, Wisconsin.

Schedule: Full Time, 72 hours per pay period, 12 hour shifts per week
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to patients on a fast-paced Med Surg unit.
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment plans.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to facility policies and safety standards.
Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
