Key Responsibilities
Perform objective assessments and individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages
Document all information according to departmental policies and procedures
Administer appropriate modalities, exercise regimens, or treatment procedures
Participate in promoting education within the department
Demonstrate knowledge of special needs and behaviors of specific age groups
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology
Current or provisional Speech Language Pathologist license
Certification from American Speech and Hearing Association within 1 year of hire
BLS certified
