Job Description
Martin Equipment is seeking a General Manager to oversee P&L management, drive operational efficiency, and foster a culture of service excellence. This role involves leading a team, managing customer relationships, and collaborating on strategic initiatives across locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage location P&L and drive margin across sales, parts, and service
Build, coach, and align a team around service excellence and accountability
Solve high-level customer challenges, manage escalations, and lead from the front
Maintain a professional facility, secure property, and streamline workflow
Work across locations to align with company-wide initiatives and leadership goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
Experience dealing with elevated customer issues
Ability to lead and motivate others
Knowledge of financial metrics, marketing experience, and understanding of sales, parts, and service operations
Solid analytical, business planning, problem-solving, and communication skills

Technical capacity and ability to use Microsoft Office and business systems
