As the Regional Sales Manager for the Mid South region, you will lead a dynamic sales team, drive revenue growth, and implement strategic marketing initiatives while fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with CSL Behring's core values.
Key Responsibilities
Meet regional sales goals by maximizing sales and minimizing expenses.
Oversee the selling efforts in an assigned region by managing regional sales representatives.
Provide feedback, direction, and development guidance to the team.
Spend 60% of time in the field coaching representatives.
Work closely with the marketing department to support implementation of marketing programs.
Allocate regional budgets for marketing programs.
Make effective day-to-day decisions to manage the sales function.
Secure important customers through high-level contacts.
Improve customer service and satisfaction.
Coordinate regional activities with other managers and departments.
Ensure utilization of CRM systems to track and monitor sales activity.
Analyze the marketplace and recommend actions to increase market share.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
6-8 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with a focus on sales and/or marketing
3+ years experience in field sales
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
