Job Description

As the Regional Sales Manager for the Mid South region, you will lead a dynamic sales team, drive revenue growth, and implement strategic marketing initiatives while fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with CSL Behring's core values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet regional sales goals by maximizing sales and minimizing expenses.
  • Oversee the selling efforts in an assigned region by managing regional sales representatives.
  • Provide feedback, direction, and development guidance to the team.
  • Spend 60% of time in the field coaching representatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to support implementation of marketing programs.
  • Allocate regional budgets for marketing programs.
  • Make effective day-to-day decisions to manage the sales function.
  • Secure important customers through high-level contacts.
  • Improve customer service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate regional activities with other managers and departments.
  • Ensure utilization of CRM systems to track and monitor sales activity.
  • Analyze the marketplace and recommend actions to increase market share.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
  • 6-8 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with a focus on sales and/or marketing
  • 3+ years experience in field sales
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership/team management experience
