Join Powerback Rehabilitation as an Occupational Therapist specializing in Early Intervention, where you'll provide vital therapy services to young children, making a meaningful impact on their development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Provide and direct occupational therapy services to children aged birth to three.
Perform evaluations and plan reviews to determine the need for continued intervention.
Produce discharge reports and assist with the transition process.
Communicate evaluation findings to parents and treatment team members.
Establish treatment schedules and document changes to the IFSP.
Participate in co-treatment or IFSP consultation with other team members.
Develop home or community programming for child development.
Document assessment, treatment, follow-up, and termination of services.
Supervise students and provide mentorship.
Attend pediatric team meetings as required.
