Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a complex ticketing system
Deliver enterprise-grade software and features
Champion code ownership and high-quality coding practices
Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle
Lead and mentor colleagues in a collaborative environment
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in software development
At least 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React
Strong understanding of distributed computing principles
Ability to lead projects and mentor engineers
Experience with all phases of software engineering
Preferred Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
Experience with customer- and employee-service systems
Experience scaling and modernizing legacy systems
Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka
Familiarity with observability and logging tools like DataDog
