Job Description
Join The Jewish Board's Adult Residential Division as a Licensed Social Worker, where you'll support adults with serious mental illnesses in achieving their recovery goals. You'll engage clients, provide counseling, and collaborate with a therapeutic team to foster independence and well-being in a compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry a caseload of residents and provide necessary clinical interventions
Complete client assessments and develop safety plans
Provide individual and family counseling
Make referrals and coordinate services for clients
Participate in weekly case conferences and staff meetings
Maintain timely documentation of resident interactions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services preferred
Willingness to work with individuals with experiences of mental illness and substance use
Preferred Qualifications
Compassion and respect for vulnerable individuals
Patience and understanding for the process of stabilization and recovery
