Key Responsibilities
Moderate user-generated content for community guidelines compliance
Review, classify, and eliminate sensitive content
Investigate and resolve content-related issues
Participate in training programs for role development
Provide insights for process improvements
Remain up to date on operational guidelines and standards
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED
Strong spelling, grammar, and reading skills
Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
Attention to detail
Ability to work various shifts
Strong computer skills
Ability to type 25 wpm
Over 18 years of age
Reliable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in reviewing/monitoring social media
