Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervises, trains, and develops workgroups for safety and productivity.
  • Facilitates training with new and current employees.
  • Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures.
  • Manages department resources for maximum output and efficiency.
  • Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Implements employee personal development plans.
  • Provides orientation, skills training, evaluations, and coaching.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
  • Management experience
