Key Responsibilities
Supervises, trains, and develops workgroups for safety and productivity.
Facilitates training with new and current employees.
Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Manages department resources for maximum output and efficiency.
Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Implements employee personal development plans.
Provides orientation, skills training, evaluations, and coaching.
Required Qualifications
Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
Strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
