Key Responsibilities
Administers the nursing program in a long term care facility
Responsible for the overall quality of care provided by the organization's nursing personnel
Monitors the operations of the nursing staff and ensures compliance with regulations
Schedules staff and conducts employee performance reviews
Provides nursing care to residents on an as-needed basis
Leads the development and execution of clinical programs, policies, procedures, and protocols
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Five years nursing experience
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Thorough knowledge of the nursing practice act and standards of nursing care
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Housing with Services, HUD, and/or assisted living experience
