ER RN Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Farmington, Connecticut (CT) – Hartford County
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Room (ER) Unit
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Job
• Start Date: December 1, 2025
• End Date: February 26, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:30am), every other weekend (Fri/Sat)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2200 - $2360
• Scrubs: Any color, print tops allowed

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience
• At least 1 year of prior travel ER RN experience (required)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut (must be on file at time of submission)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIH Stroke Scale
• Ability to work one of the two major winter holidays (Christmas or New Year's)

ER RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages in the Emergency Room
• Float to Psych Hold area as needed
• Participate in mandatory call shifts (4 hours as designated by department needs)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards
• Attend weekly Monday orientations as required
