Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders
Provide specialized psychotherapy services
Complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others
Implement risk reduction/mitigation plans
Utilize evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy
Demonstrate effectiveness in individual, group, and family psychotherapy
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work
Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License or Oregon Clinical Social Worker License within 60 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
2 years Clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement
