Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, investigate, and process mechanical claims
Communicate with vehicle contract holders and repair facilities
Demonstrate empathy and compassion to callers
Maintain detailed and accurate electronic claim-related records
Collaborate with leaders and other claim analysts
Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on mechanical automotive experience
3 years of proven experience as an automotive mechanic or in a related mechanical field
Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes
Excellent verbal communication skills
Prior success in a customer service role
Technology proficient in Microsoft Office applications
