Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry / Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Location: Springfield, VT
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 12/8/2025
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts, 36-hour guarantee)
Weekend/Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend/holidays as required
On-Call: TBD

Unit: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Med Surg Telemetry
Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel RN for a PCU/Med Surg Telemetry unit in Springfield, VT. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong PCU and telemetry experience, ICU familiarity, and proficiency in IV drip management. Charge experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care for PCU patients with a range of medical and surgical conditions.
Monitor and manage patients requiring drips, telemetry, and progressive care interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Assist in leadership and charge responsibilities as needed.
Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of current Med Surg/Telemetry nursing experience.
Strong PCU experience required; ICU experience strongly preferred.
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS.
Experience with IV drips and progressive care monitoring.
Charge nurse experience preferred.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
